Shameeka is a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice and Psychiatry with a diverse background in healthcare, from emergency medicine to teaching in higher education. She’s passionate about patient-centered care and shared decision-making. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her husband and two children.

We treat a wide range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, mood disorders, stress management, and more. Our approach is personalized to meet each client’s unique needs.

Your first session focuses on getting to know you. Your history, symptoms, goals, and concerns. This helps us create a personalized treatment plan that works for you.

60 minutes for initial visit, 30 minutes for follow-up. We’ll work with you to determine the best plan for you.
